Grouped Bookings If our team is already working in your area on the same day, we may be able to reduce or waive the additional travel charge, depending on scheduling and availability.

Commercial & Regular Clients Custom travel arrangements may be available for commercial properties, schools, offices, shops, restaurants, strata properties, warehouses and other recurring clients. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and scheduled maintenance can be discussed.

Parking, Tolls & Special Access Where paid parking, toll roads or special site-access costs are required, these will be discussed with the customer where applicable.

Mr Shark may waive the standard travel charge, including for eligible locations outside our normal 20 km free-travel area, when an organisation provides bulk work, multiple services, multiple properties, or an ongoing weekly, fortnightly or monthly service agreement.
